Perhaps the ultimate problem we deal with is the death of someone who did not need to die. Instead they are either put to death or afraid of something abusive or someone abusive: physical abuse, sexual abuse, chemical abuse and psychological abuse.
If you answer yes to any of the questions listed in the “MATRIX” under acute and severe (or if you answer yes to 2 boxes under severe or 3 boxes under serious) then you need to call the Psychotherapy Institute/ Life Coaches in Toronto at 416-968-0640, outside Toronto and in the U.S. at 1-888-966-6606 and in Europe at 001-416-968-0640, and perhaps also the police. ( P.S. if you have a friend who is experiencing abuse and they are afraid to call, then call FOR them. Then you’ll be a REAL friend.)
