What is a Life Coach?
The definition of a Life Coach is an individual who:

The Psychological Meaning of "Ultimate"
It is important to understand that not only are we pushed by elements from our past but more importantly we are drawn by our goals. The most powerful goals are, in fact, our fictional goals, goals we are often not aware of, goals that are not bounded by reality. We are pulled inexorably towards these ultimate goals and it is the primary job of any therapist/counsellor/consultant/coach to instigate meaningful change by altering goals.
It is a basic fact of our lives that unless we actively acknowledge and modify these goals we do not make authentic change in our lives and we are doomed to living out our present life script. The scenes may change but the plot line remains constant. This is referred to in the literature of Individual Psychology as the Lifestyle.
