It lays out a manifesto for 21st century education, amazingly simple and wonderfully effective, democratic, and egalitarian. It is suitable for almost all people of diverse cultures, language groups, faiths, and race, seeking equality for all. This new educational system wrought by Dr. Raymond J. Corsini, Editor of the Encyclopedia of Psychology (originally trained in the Adler/Dreikurs Individual Psychology methodology amongst others), tells children that they belong in this world; there is a place for each of them; and there is a talent inherent in each of us that we bring to this world. Educators need to recognize and support each and every child in each and every society.
